During the last 15 years, Mr. Turner's primary area of practice has been in the field of eminent domain litigation. The practice of Mr. Turner and his firm consists primarily of defending landowners and business owners against various governmental agencies in eminent domain actions.  Mr. Turner holds the highest rating from Martindale-Hubbell.

After graduating from Hastings College of the Law in 1989, Mr. Turner went to work as a deputy district attorney for the County of Marin for 2 years. As a deputy district attorney, Mr. Turner tried over 30 jury trials. Mr. Turner then became an associate with the law firm of Ropers, Majeski, Kohn, Bentley, Wagner & Kane in Redwood City where he practiced for 2 years. In January 1994, he joined the firm now named Turner & Turner.
