During his entire career, Mr. Turner has practiced law primarily in the area of eminent domain litigation.

Upon graduation from Stanford Law School in 1962, Mr. Turner became employed by the State of California in the Caltrans legal division.  During the period of his employment by the State of California from 1962 - 1971, Mr. Turner tried cases involving eminent domain and public liability law in many counties in Northern California and handled appellate matters.  Mr. Turner holds the highest rating from Martindale-Hubbell.

In 1971, Mr. Turner entered the private practice of law. Since that time, his law practice has consisted primarily of representing landowners and business owners in eminent domain actions brought by various governmental agencies to take their properties.
