This firm was founded in 1977 and is recognized as a respected eminent domain law firm. Formed by William Turner and Ronald Mulcare, its original name was Turner & Mulcare. The firm's name was changed to Turner & Turner in January 2002 upon the retirement of Mr. Mulcare. Since its formation, the firm's practice has consisted primarily of representing landowners and business owners in eminent domain actions throughout Northern California.

The members of the firm are William Turner and Andrew Turner. William Turner's primary area of practice during his entire legal career has been eminent domain. Eminent domain has been Andrew Turner's primary area of practice for the last 15 years.
